Our Services

  • Whether you want to work through goal setting or are seeking treatment for a specific mental health diagnosis, Cypress Counseling Center offers individual counseling sessions tailored to meet your needs.

  • Navigating relationships can be difficult. We’re here to help you and your partner dig deep to promote well-being and strengthen your relationship.

  • Family conflict comes in various forms. Whether it’s sibling rivalry, parent/child communication, or blending families together, Cypress Counseling Center is here to assist you and your family in learning to navigate relationships.

  • Emotions can be difficult to manage, especially emotions like anger and frustration. Whether court-ordered or something you wish to pursue on your own, Cypress Counseling Center is equipped to help you manage your emotions in positive and helpful ways so that you feel more in control.

  • Some individuals find solace in group work. The group setting is supportive and provides a space for individuals to cope in a community setting. Common groups facilitated by Cypress Counseling Center include recovery groups as well as mindfulness groups.

  • Pre-marital counseling is a specific type of couples counseling that helps partners prepare for marriage. Think of it like drafting a blueprint for building a life together. We help you dig into a variety of questions, some you may readily know the answers to and others you will discover the answers together.

  • When seeking services at Cypress Counseling Center, we want to ensure we fully understand your needs. This is why each new client receives a comprehensive clinical assessment, which helps inform our work together.

  • Individuals with complex or multiple medical conditions find comprehensive case management helpful. Case managers partner with clients to ensure their needs are being met, appointments are made, and follow-up care is provided.

  • As new therapists enter the workplace, they will need supervision as they seek full licensure and complete their required supervised hours. Cypress Counseling Center offers clinical supervision for individuals with their LCSW-A or LCMHC-A and provides both individual and group supervision. To learn more, contact our office.

“We’ve all been through something or are dealing with feelings we don’t understand. We need someone to talk to that we can trust. As a therapist, I get to be the person you trust that truly listens to you. It's my job to help educate and guide you on how to overcome, live within, or cope with whatever brought you to therapy.”
